BonoZon ozone generators, are safe ozone systems for the ultimate in swimming pool water chemistry, town water supplies and bottled water plant. Ozone has an extremely quick and efficient effect with almost all known bacteria, viruses and other micro-organisms. These features and the natural disintegration of ozone to oxygen make it suitable for application areas where ecologically desirable process solutions matter.
The BonoZon generator range includes air and oxygen fed OZVa generators utilising positive pressure to produce 5, 15, 30, 60 or 90 g/hr of ozone. The OZVa range includes an inbuilt microprocessor control system which displays in g/hr ozone generation rate, primary current, primary voltage and gas flow. These parameters are monitored and controlled for varying process conditions. Ozone gas under pressure is introduced into venturi or static mixer by-pass lines to dissolve ozone and then mix with main water flow. Utilising ProMinent Dulcometer D1C controller with OZE ozone sensor, a closed control loop can be obtained with excellent residual control. The OZVa range has inbuilt air drying and can be supplied with PSA oxygen generation plant. System accessories such as ozone gas monitoring, leak detection, catalytic ozone destruction canisters and ozone vent valves are available.
The BonoZon range for larger generation capacity includes multiples of 80 g/hr up to 720 g/hr. Generators utilise heat regenerative desiccant drying for efficient air preparation. BonoZon generators operate under vacuum and do not require compressed air, only the motive force of a venturi. Corona discharge cells are fully welded stainless steel reactors which have no contact between cooling water and the dielectric glass. Conventional cells have direct contact between cooling water the glass dielectric. If the glass fails, the cell is flooded and a major repair is required. The BonoZon stainless steel cell enhances reliability and provides lowest lifetime cost of ownership.
