Skid Mount Chemical Dosing Systems
Our 3D design capability enables us to provide quality chemical dosing packages mounted on FRP, gal steel or stainless steel skids. All systems come fully wired, plumbed and factory tested, ready for operation. Our quality design and fabrication system saves you time and money by minimising site time.

Application: Skid Mount Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing System
Including duty and standby dosing pumps, mag flow meter, calibration cylinder, load valve, pulsation dampener, suction strainer and GF ball valves. Complete system mounted on HDPE skid floor mount skid with spill tray and drain valve. 500L HDPE storage tank with ultrasonic level transmitter and magnetic level indicator.
Complete system was designed in 3D, fabricated and assembled with witnessed FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

Application: Skid Mount Additive Dosing System
The purpose of the system is to dose a fixed volume of additive into a product by a counting pulses from a mag flow meter. The operator enters a batch volume into the HMI and a dosing pump is started and stopped using the accumulated volume from the flow meter. The plant transfers the additive from an IBC (tote) to an intermediate tank using an air driven diaphragm pump. The dosing skid includes electronically controlled motor driven dosing pumps, mag flow meter, calibration cylinder, load valve, suction strainer and GF ball valves. Complete system mounted on HDPE skid floor mount skid (with splash proof doors), spill tray and drain valve. The dosing system is controlled via a central control panel with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.
Complete system was designed in 3D, fabricated and assembled with  FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) prior to delivery.

Application: Skid Mount Floc Dosing System
Dioxide Pacific was engaged to design and build a skid mount floc dosing system for a municipal water authority. We provided 3D design drawings at quotation stage and modified these after award. The system consists of duty and standby metering pumps installed on an HDPE backboard. This backboard is mounted to a 304 s/s frame. The plant is operated from a central PLC actuated control panel with flashing alarm light. The plant was tested prior to delivery with O&M Manuals.

Application: Skid Mount Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4) Dosing System
Dioxide Pacific was engaged by a municipal water authority to design, build and install a skid mount potassium permanganate dosing plant for oxidation of iron and manganese in potable water. The system includes a Tomal powder feeder, solution tank, stirrer, vacuum transfer system, duty and standby chemical dosing pumps, dosing pipework and electrical control panel. The plant is installed on an HDGal frame which is fully wired and plumbed, ready for installation on site.
